Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of the Agreement

These Terms apply to all users of Revy, including individuals using wardrobe management, outfit creation, shopping, social, and other features.

Additional terms may apply to certain features, including our Creator Program. If you participate in the Creator Program, you may also be required to accept a separate Creator Agreement. In the event of a conflict concerning creator compensation, the Creator Agreement will control.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Revy. By accessing the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform, and that person must agree to these Terms on your behalf where required by law. Participation in monetization features may require you to be at least 18 years old and satisfy additional legal, tax, and payment-processing requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must register an account using an available authentication method, such as an email address, phone number, Apple, or Google sign-in. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, and notify us of any suspected unauthorized access. You may not impersonate another person, create accounts for fraudulent activity, or transfer your account without our prior authorization. We may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security of the Platform.

4. Use of the Platform

You may use Revy for lawful personal purposes and, where authorized by Revy, for creator content publishing and monetization activities.

You agree not to:

• Use Revy for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
• Interfere with the Platform's security or functionality.
• Scrape, copy, or commercially exploit Platform data without permission.
• Upload content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
• Manipulate affiliate links, purchases, clicks, conversions, engagement, or earnings.
• Misrepresent product information, sponsorships, endorsements, or your relationship with any brand.
• Use automated systems to generate fraudulent clicks, purchases, or other activity intended to produce commissions.

We reserve the right to investigate potential violations and take reasonable enforcement action.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Users may upload or share photographs, clothing images, wardrobe information, outfit inspiration, descriptions, videos, links, and other content (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of intellectual property rights you hold in your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Revy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, modify for technical compatibility, display, and distribute that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, maintain, improve, and promote the Platform, subject to your privacy settings, applicable law, and the permissions you grant.

Content designated as private, including private wardrobe uploads, will not be publicly displayed through Revy unless you choose to share it or otherwise authorize disclosure. Private User Content will not be used in public promotional materials without appropriate permission.

You represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to upload your User Content.

Where you import or reference content from third-party platforms, you remain responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and third-party terms. Revy may limit, remove, or disable access to content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates Platform policies.

Revy's software, designs, branding, logos, interfaces, and proprietary technologies remain the property of My Attire LLC or its licensors.

6. Wardrobe Digitization and AI Features

Revy uses automated technologies, including artificial intelligence and image-processing tools, to identify clothing items, categorize wardrobes, recommend outfits, analyze inspiration, identify similar products, and suggest potential purchases.

AI-generated outputs may contain errors. Clothing identification, product matches, sizing suggestions, pricing information, recommendations, and other automated results are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.

You are responsible for reviewing recommendations and product details before making decisions or purchases.

Revy may use third-party technology providers to process content and generate results as described in our Privacy Policy.

Revy may modify, limit, or discontinue automated features, subject to applicable law and any commitments associated with paid subscriptions.

7. Shopping, Retailers, and Affiliate Links

Revy allows users to discover products from third-party brands, retailers, and shopping platforms. Products may be displayed regardless of whether Revy has a commercial or affiliate relationship with the retailer.

Certain shopping links may be affiliate links. When a qualifying purchase is completed through an eligible link, Revy may receive compensation from a retailer, affiliate network, or another commercial partner.

The inclusion of a brand, retailer, or product on Revy does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, partnership, or affiliation with that brand or retailer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases are completed directly with third-party retailers, not Revy.

Retailers independently determine product availability, pricing, shipping, returns, cancellations, warranties, taxes, and other transaction terms.

Revy is not the seller of third-party products and is not responsible for retailer fulfillment, product defects, inaccurate retailer listings, shipping delays, or third-party return and refund decisions. Nothing in these Terms limits rights consumers may have under applicable law.

Product information and shopping links may change, become unavailable, or differ from what is displayed on Revy.

8. Creator Program and Monetization

Revy may offer eligible users the opportunity to participate in its Creator Program by posting fashion content, sharing outfits, connecting eligible social accounts, and earning commissions on qualifying purchases. Participation in the Creator Program is subject to Revy's approval, applicable eligibility requirements, and any separate Creator Agreement.

8.1 Commission Eligibility

Not all products, brands, retailers, links, or transactions displayed or associated with creator content are eligible to generate commissions.

The inclusion of a product in creator content, the automatic generation of a product link, or the availability of a shopping link does not guarantee that the creator will earn compensation.

Commission eligibility and rates depend on factors that may include the retailer, brand, product category, affiliate partnership, affiliate-network rules, transaction attribution, and other applicable requirements. These factors may change over time.

8.2 Qualifying Transactions

Creators earn commissions only on eligible transactions that are successfully tracked, validated, and attributed to the creator under Revy's applicable monetization rules. A user clicking a link, viewing a product, adding an item to a cart, or making a purchase does not, by itself, guarantee that a commission will be earned.

8.3 Adjustments and Reversals

Commissions may be reduced, reversed, withheld, or deemed ineligible when transactions are returned, canceled, refunded, rejected by an affiliate partner, improperly tracked, fraudulent, or otherwise non-qualifying. Estimated or pending earnings displayed in the Platform are not guaranteed payments and may change before final approval.

8.4 Commission Rates and Program Changes

Revy may modify commission eligibility, participating retailers, available monetization features, and prospective commission rates, subject to the Creator Agreement and applicable law. Changes to commission terms will not retroactively reduce commissions already finalized and payable under an applicable Creator Agreement, except for legitimate reversals, errors, fraud, or adjustments permitted by that agreement.

8.5 Creator Payments

Creator earnings are subject to applicable payment-processing requirements, identity verification, tax documentation, minimum payout thresholds, and payment schedules disclosed in the Platform or Creator Agreement. Revy does not guarantee any level of earnings, number of sales, audience exposure, or conversion performance.

By participating in creator payouts processed through Stripe, you agree to Stripe's applicable terms and authorize Revy to share information necessary for payouts, identity verification, and tax reporting with Stripe. Stripe may delay, restrict, or withhold payouts under its verification and compliance requirements, and disputes concerning those Stripe-imposed processes must be addressed with Stripe, subject to applicable law.

9. Creator Content and Connected Social Accounts

Eligible creators may authorize Revy to connect to supported third-party social media accounts and access selected content or account information.

By connecting an account, you authorize Revy to access, import, display, process, and associate permitted content with your creator profile and monetization features, within the scope of the permissions granted and applicable platform policies. You represent that you have the necessary rights to any content you authorize Revy to import or display. You may disconnect supported accounts through available settings or by following the applicable third-party platform's instructions. Disconnecting an account may affect future synchronization but may not automatically remove content previously imported into Revy.

Revy does not guarantee that content synchronization, product identification, automatic linking, or affiliate monetization will operate without errors or interruptions. Third-party social platforms operate independently and may modify or discontinue integrations at any time.

10. Advertising, Sponsorships, and Affiliate Disclosures

Revy and participating creators must comply with applicable advertising, endorsement, and consumer protection laws. Creators are responsible for accurately disclosing material relationships with brands, including paid sponsorships, gifted products, affiliate compensation, and other incentives, where disclosure is legally required. Revy may display disclosures informing users that certain shopping links may generate commissions for Revy or participating creators. Creators must not falsely imply that they have a relationship with a retailer or brand.

11. Payments and Subscriptions

Revy may offer free and paid features, including subscription plans. When purchasing a subscription, you will be presented with the applicable price, billing interval, included features, and any applicable trial terms before completing the purchase. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, auto-renewing subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. The applicable payment provider charges the payment method associated with the subscription.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the platform used to purchase them, such as Apple App Store or Google Play, or through another cancellation method provided at purchase. Canceling a subscription generally prevents future renewals rather than immediately ending paid access. Deleting your Revy account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple or Google.

Subscription access and billing are subject to the applicable payment provider's rules and mandatory consumer protections.

12. Refunds

Refunds for Revy subscriptions and other purchases made directly through Revy are governed by our Refund Policy, the applicable payment provider's rules, and applicable law.

Refunds for clothing or other merchandise purchased from third-party retailers must be requested directly from the relevant retailer and are governed by its policies.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, store, and protect personal information.

This includes information associated with wardrobe digitization, uploaded photographs, AI features, creator accounts, social media integrations, shopping interactions, affiliate attribution, subscriptions, and creator payments.

Please review the Privacy Policy before using Revy.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Revy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accurate AI recommendations, availability of specific products, continued retailer participation, successful affiliate tracking, creator earnings, or uninterrupted third-party integrations. Nothing in this section excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Attire LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revy's aggregate liability for claims arising from the Platform will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid directly to Revy for the applicable services during the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) $100. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Revy for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, security concerns, or other legitimate reasons. Where reasonably appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address a violation before termination. Creator account termination and any remaining eligible earnings will be handled in accordance with the applicable Creator Agreement, payment-processing requirements, and law. Users may request account deletion through available account settings or by contacting Revy.

17. Changes to the Platform or Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business operations, legal requirements, or Platform features. We will post updated Terms and provide additional notice of material changes where required by law. Material changes will take effect on the date stated in the updated Terms or associated notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
